• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: Full refund issued.

Inside 14 days

• No refund Unless we can re‑sell the dates.

• If we are able to rebook your stay, we will refund you minus a £25 admin fee.

No‑shows

• No refund.

Early departure

• No refund.

Weather

• Stays go ahead in all weather except extreme conditions that make the site unsafe.

• If we cancel due to safety, guests receive a full refund or can rebook.
