These terms outline how bookings and stays at our glamping site are managed.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. You must be over 18 to make a reservation.

 

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation. Please arrive and depart within these times unless agreed otherwise.

Use of the Site

Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during their stay. Please follow any on-site guidance provided. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour causes disturbance or damage.

 

Damage & Loss

Any significant damage to the tent or facilities may result in additional charges. Normal wear and tear is expected.

 

Weather

Bell tents are designed for typical UK weather conditions. In severe or unsafe weather, we may need to adjust or cancel bookings for safety reasons.

 

Pets & Children

Policies regarding pets and children are stated at the time of booking. Please follow these guidelines.

 

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in place at the time of booking applies to your stay
